Title: Does REACH concern me?

The REACh regulation will affect not only manufacturers and importers of chemicals but also users of chemical substances (downstream-users) to provide information on their specific uses and the safety procedures associated with that use. Industry as a whole could as a result face a situation where some chemicals are withdrawn from the market with product manufacturers having to reformulate their products.
